These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fan Box Office platform and website (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Fan Box Office is an event registration, waiver management, and approval workflow platform designed for festivals, conferences, and large-scale productions.
The Platform may provide:
Registration intake for vendors, volunteers, staff, sponsors, and participants
Application review and approval workflows
Digital waiver and release collection
Credential assignment and badge management
Packet distribution tracking
On-site check-in tools
Operational reporting
Fan Box Office provides technology and administrative infrastructure only.
Fan Box Office is not:
The event organizer
The event promoter
The venue operator
A security provider
Responsible for event safety or compliance
All event planning, safety, permitting, insurance, and operational decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Event Organizer.
Fan Box Office does not guarantee admission, participation, or approval status.
Users may submit applications or registration forms through the Platform.
By submitting information, you represent that:
All information is accurate and truthful
You have authority to provide the information
You meet eligibility requirements established by the Event Organizer
All approval or denial decisions are made solely by the Event Organizer.
Fan Box Office does not evaluate qualifications, verify credentials, or make approval determinations unless expressly contracted to do so in writing.
The Platform may require execution of digital waivers or releases.
By electronically signing a waiver, you agree that:
Your electronic signature is legally binding
You have read and understand the waiver
You voluntarily agree to its terms
You intend to be legally bound
Fan Box Office:
Provides secure digital signature functionality
Stores executed documents
Makes records accessible to the Event Organizer
Fan Box Office does not:
Draft the waiver content (unless separately contracted)
Provide legal advice
Guarantee enforceability of any waiver
Interpret waiver language
The Event Organizer is solely responsible for the content, legality, and enforceability of all waiver documents.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary to:
Process registrations
Route applications for review
Store executed waivers
Generate credentials
Facilitate check-in
Information may be shared with the relevant Event Organizer.
Fan Box Office implements commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Fan Box Office provides digital tools for verifying registration status and waiver completion.
Final authority regarding:
Entry
Removal
Credential revocation
Access level
remains solely with the Event Organizer.
You agree not to:
Submit false or fraudulent information
Misrepresent identity or affiliation
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with Platform functionality
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Fan Box Office may suspend or terminate access for violations.
The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
Fan Box Office makes no warranties regarding:
Continuous or uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices
Event outcomes or safety
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fan Box Office shall not be liable for:
Personal injury or death occurring at events
Property damage
Event cancellations or postponements
Denied applications or revoked credentials
Disputes between users and Event Organizers
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Fan Box Office by the Event Organizer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Users and Event Organizers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fan Box Office from any claims arising from:
Event operations
Waiver content
Failure to obtain permits or insurance
Regulatory violations
Misuse of the Platform
All software, systems, branding, and content of the Platform are the exclusive property of Fan Box Office.
Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.
Fan Box Office may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for:
Violations of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Legal compliance concerns
Fan Box Office may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
